My Approach

Step 1 - Do you really want to achieve your goal?

Can you devote as much time, energy and commitment to achieving your goal as a family, friendship or a professional responsibility?

Step 2 - No obligation consultation.

We would discuss your requirements, face to face, and determine if you feel that I can help you towards your objectives.

Step 3 - The first session.

First you would undertake a medical screening. This is followed by static and dynamic testing to discover your current health and fitness levels. We then review the results and agree realistic specific goals. I will then outline the strategy and time frame to achieving them. Nutrition, lifestyle, motivation and barriers to exercise are also discussed in depth.

Step 4 - Personal Training

Sessions last one hour and will consist of various aerobic and resistance training methods. Your progress is constantly monitored through ongoing testing. You will also be asked to do activities and exercise outside of your sessions.

Step 5 - Achieving your objective.

You have achieved your goal and you should also be empowered with knowledge of exercise, nutrition, how your body works and time management. You should now be in a position to be your very own personal trainer.
